Food

A full-time chef can serve three meals a day, relying on local fresh ingredients from a range of both international and Moroccan menu plans. Breakfast is served in the courtyard with homemade bread and local pancakes from our home grown wheat, along with a selection of jams made from our orchard, fresh fruit and eggs.

Lunch can be served poolside, with fresh salads, fish and homemade deserts. Dinner, depending on the time of year, can either be served in the large dinning room at a round table seating 12/ 14 in front of the fire, or on the terrace under the arbour.

Guests can select from a menu plan, and will be given advice from the chef on seasonal and regional specialities.
